A HAPPY TIME Oh what a happy time I had today Intersecting hearts aligned Oh what a precious day A phone call from a distant friend And hours on the phone... Oh what a thrilling event Galloping on my horse's back Going until we both were out of breath Oh what a friend I have One who is always there One who cheers me up out of the blue Oh what a mess I made Baking cookies and too much other food But oh what fun the delivering... Oh how thankful I am Just to be alive Joining, laughing,living, talking and loving Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go. |
