A PRAYER FOR MY MOTHER She awoke last week to find, A lump, a place on her breast, She is the loving kind, She is the best, She loves unconditionally, Self-sacrifically, So say a prayer for my mother, I love her, She is worried and concerned, But I know God is in control, HE can remove it and all will be fine, I just know, I just know, I have a peace inside my heart, That he will not let her depart, For he still has plans for her here, So please say a prayer for my mother, Christmas is going to be hard this year... **She went to have an ultrasound last week and she is scheduled to see a surgeon this coming week...as of now we don't know the results....keep us in your prayers and tell others to pray! She said that all she wanted for Christmas was her health... |

I am so deeply touched by all of your love and concern, your prayers...I thank God for each one of you....I love you all! UPDATE...I spent the weekend with her and my dad, I prayed with them both and God helped me to lead them to him...PRAISE THE LORD! They are SAVED!!!!! God is going to do another miracle...I know it already..that my mom will be healed and no signs of anything will be there! |

My thoughts and prayers are with your mother and your family in this time. One thing to remember is that a lump in the breast does not signify cancer. A lot of the lumps are benign. I pray that is the case with your mother too. [This message has been edited by hoot_owl_rn (edited 12-12-1999).] |

I lead a prayer group of about 25 people in my church. Every saturday we meet and talk about the people we have to pray for. Your name came up and what we do is that we all pray at the same time the whole week. so i might be at work but when 3:00 p.m. hits I say a small prayer for your mom and whoever else is in need of prayer (hoot-owl). And I know that wherever else my friends are at they are praying for you too. God bless. miriam coronado |
