Computers play a flawless game Based on microscopic cues. They win so often, they just can't Imagine how it feels to lose. XP-8 is still appalled At the opponent who turned thug And, furious at losing, Pulled XP-7's plug. The lesson was not wasted. XP-8 is still alive, Because it's wise enough to let Humans win one game in five. |

Lol. I'm not laughing at you or the poem just it reminds me so much of stories that I've heard. Once I heard a story about a computer playing chess (Maby it was Draughts) against a chimp that had been trained. The chimp always lost obviously and wouldn't play. They re-programed the computer to loose one time in three and the chimp played. I'm not sure If that story is true. However I like your poem as it adds something to theory and thought. I don't know If a computer would care about being turned off but If it did I'm sure that it could come up with a similar reaction |
