Ancient Acrostic

I,

Autumn done, and a
Mode out of style, old,

Antiquated, declining;
Neglected, certainly seasoned...
Can I be retired?
Inducted into a quaint,
Elderly domicile, though hoary, and pray that
None may find me passé, or
Traditional?

Well done ma'am

Sunshine,
Fear not," you are only as young as you feel"
In my case, I'm feeling about 150 years old right now, but I'm sure this too shall pass.
Oh well, thoroughly enjoyed .

Not you, Sunshine.  You are traditionally young at heart.

Thoughts formed and penned
Ethereally transcend
Enriching a friend

I can almost see you in a lowered wheel chair, flames painted on the wheel covers, a spoiler off the push handles, with dual exhaust and glass packs on a 3 horse Briggs and Stratton.  Now there is a poem in here someplace.  *S* KJ

Through rubble and trouble and dark of night
The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light
