Ever read something that made you smile, made you go 'awww'...then when you thought about it a bit more, 'hey, I think I've been slammed?'. ROFL Ok, well, at least you said dummies and Duncan, not dummies including Duncan. Yep, I'm in...though, I'll have to get back to you with an idea. Oh and notice who's first to class Teachyone. Yeah, and it's even Saturday. Where are those slackers...wake up boys and girls. |

First day of class and we've already got a troublemaker. Marge, Titia, Cindy, where are you? You're supposed to be protecting me. That girl called me a dummy, I think... I, taking this class seriously, as Teachyone likes us to do, had this thought. What if we each picked a type of poetry and wrote a poem, with a bit of a lesson attached, explaining the form, it's origin, how it is accomplished, etc. Just an idea, may have already been done. And btw, I brought Nan the whole appletree. So there, Tracey. (Duncan runs out door towards playground...'Someone please protect me!') |

Hey Titia, Doc----Glad ya finally got here. I like that idea, Doc. Is there a thread somewhere, that may help with choices? So is this what we want to do? Where is everybody? Oh yeah, I forgot, it's Sunday. I sure hope this doesn't mean I have to sit on Walts lap. Hey, maybe Tracey could be the dumm...I mean the lucky talking puppet. |

Sorry folks, I won't be joining you this month since I'm in the middle of moving my stuff to a new apartment, not to mention the painting that needs to be done! I'll be back A.S.A.P. though, with paint still in my hair! Ummm perhaps I'm allowed to suggest Limericks (in anapestic) for this class? The subject and form seem to go together very well. Just a thought! Just a thought! No need to start throwing things! ~running for the door~ I'll be checking in from time to time! |
