Weary stars stand still while glancing,
As their eyelids freeze with frost.
Arms and legs and fates have crossed,
In the moonlight-- shadows dancing.

Carved upon the pale wall
As though ancient hieroglyphics--
Phantoms of the sleepless evenings
In eternity enthralled.

One more step and we will soar,
All is spinning, all is twirling.
Shapes of shadows, spinning, whirling,
In the moonlight, on the floor.

In the twilight’s masquerade,
Hungry eyes light up the night
They declare with silent pride,
“Rather burn than simply fade.”

If there's a reason you call yourself Master, this must surely be why.  Exellent work! "Weary stars stand still while glancing,
As their eyelids freeze with frost." and "Rather burn than simply fade." especially caught me.  You have a rare talent.

Actually, "Master" is the nickname of one of the characters in my favorite book, "Master and Margaritta." However, thank you for considering me worthy of this title. *S*

Thank you, (can I just call you abra?) It takes too long to write out your whole nickname!

I have to agree with everyone when they say that you are a master poet.  I loved all the poems that you wrote so far.  I just don't know how to say they're so good.  Keep up the excellent work.
