I give u my all

If you've never ever been in love
or fallen for cupid's curse
I guess you'll never ever understand
or for a moment comprehend
the pain and sorrow my heart feels
the quiet nights and lonely meals.

If you've never ever felt her touch
or tasted her kiss as such
I guess you'll never know what it is
or crave for what u miss.

Have u ever seen her cry
the feeling that makes u want to die?
Her tears are like those from my heart
pierced and bleeding by a dart.
Her pain and sorrow I cannot feel
but the feeling of helplessness can really kill.

If there is anything I can do
to help, cheer and comfort you
I want to share your burden and your sorrow
I want you to have something to look forward to tomorrow
I give you my shoulder to rest on and cry
I can't take the load but at least I will try
I give u care, love and concern
and a beacon of light to help you discern.
I give you support, before you fall down
I give you my all to wipe off that frown
I give you my hands to dry all your tears
I give you a hug to fight all your fears
I give you my life to make yours whole
I give you my heart and surrender my soul.

I give you all that, I don't expect return
but in my heart, the fire will always burn
I can only wish, and silently pray
that you will be mine, sometime someday.

You have me in awe right now!! That is such a wonderful poem....Who ever that girl is has to feel pretty darn lucky!! You are a great poet!!!!!

That was GREAT! I hope you gave her this poem. I know if someone were to say such sweet words to me, I'd definitely give them a chance. Keep up the good work!
