PASSION

He told me he loved me.
He told me he cared.
He said he wants to hold me tight.
Yet, I was so scared.

I was afraid to fall in love again.
I didn't want to feel the pain.
Turns out that I was right.
Those moments we shared,
Those nights under the sky,
Were all just a lie.
I knew what we had wasn't stong.
What we had was passion,
Which didn't last long.
