Be still my heart, your beating is too loud It may awake the Gods, who’ve missed my deed Instead, beat calmly, make the pale proud And pave uncertainty with densely thick concrete Let eyes reflect not what they saw tonight But, rather shine with glory that they’ve chased Let time be counterfeited in my sight And happiness be mimicked on my face Fair heart, digest your inner feelings As if a cyclone that consumes brave ships Let no debris arise in any dealings The safest lie is that which always sleeps By doing so, don’t let observers see The secret that is known to you and me I fell in love and kept on falling |

Ahh yet again you steal my breath young Sir. Your talent is boundless. I wish others would read more of your work. You have a fan in me. |

Thank you Marylin, as for others reading my work, "I don't want to be popular, I just want to be loved..." One of my favorite quotes by a close friend. |

I must say, you've gained a fan here. You have incredible talent. I indeed love it. *Krista Knutson* "I can feel you breathe, it's washing over me, and suddenly I'm melting into you..." ~Faith Hill: Breathe~ |

It is not for popularity that I made the statement above. The more we read good poetry the more we learn. How can we grow in our passions if we do not see well written pieces? |
