This poem was written about a phone conversation I had with my boyfriend one night while I was drunk. ![]() Hey love, stop yelling, Stop breaking things, Stop spitting, Stop threatening suicide, Stop screaming, Get out of the bathtub, your clothes are getting wet. Hey love, get back to me in an hour (Hopefully you'll forget) Hey love, tell me things you've never told before, Make me promises you'll pretend you don't want to keep. Hey love, stay inside the house, it's dangerous outside, Stop crying, why are you crying? You are making me laugh, you are making me upset, Please hang up the phone, Hey love, you are loved by me. |

Well, this certainly brings me back to many times in my own life. I agree with Star -- I can feel the emotions too ... reminds me of my own. |
