No one said it was easy
this wicked web we weave
So much pain, the scars remain
this heart left on my sleave.

I don't have all the answers,
Nobody really does.
Yet through my tears, I see these years
My life for what it was.

So things they came out different
Than what I dreamt of this.
And still I know, deep down below
That many things I missed.

Sometimes I feel like dying
This life I can not face.
But as I cry, I can't deny
The beauty of this place.

Somewhere people love me
I may not know it now
lonely still, this void ill fill
some way someone somehow.

Cheer up, have faith

i've never written poems before until 3 days ago
i'm not very good
but SOMETIMES it helps me

this poem was so wonderful.
not only was it beautifully written, but i found it so touching that you would spend time writing a poem to someone you've never met, just so that they might feel better about themselves and their life. if i could phrase things in such a way, i would say the same thing.
