Look To The Heavens

In an upside-down garden

I know you're sad.
I left to soon.
I guess the sunset of my life,
has set at noon.
I'm in the heavens.
With all the rest.
I guess i have something,
I must confess.
I miss you like a mother,
misses her child.
I miss you like an animal,
misses the wild.
I miss you to much,
for you to see.
But what I want to know is,
do you miss me?
You think I can't see you,
when you look up and pray.
Truth is I see you,
each and every day.
So if you feel lonely,
or if you feel sad,
loom up to the heavens.
And I will be glad.

I was sitting at my computer, rereading some of my poetry, and I almost started to cry. I keep remembering so much, and sometimes it hurts. Ya Know?
