It creeps up out of the allies of loneliness To pick you up off your feet And carry you away Off to the castles of pure happiness It saves you from the fists of anger By sweet whispers of thoughtful words That in unexplainable ways Make you forget everything It brings you out of the darkness & shadows of sadness And into a light brighter than the brightest star Where laughter and joy Bloom like wildflowers in the Garden of Eden It takes away Your worries Your pains Your despair And leaves you searching no longer for anything….... But your breath. |
