"I think we should break up",
he says, looking at the floor.
Tears fall from my eyes when he says,
I just dont love you anymore.
I scream and plead and beg and cry,
but he looks at me and says goodbye.
I watch as his car speeds away,
I am overcome with sadness,
but he is okay.
I grab a knife,
so sharp it gleams.
I'm going to kill myself,
it seems.
I slice both my wrists,
the blood pours out,
the pain is so bad
I start to shout.
"You were supposed to love me",
"You were supposed to care!".
"God, you promised to protect me,
but you were never there"
My crimson blood drips to the floor.
I'm going to die- I am sure.
I lay down on my bed,
hold tight to your cross.
Soon I'll be dead,
but i will not be your loss.
Death is coming fast now,
I can feel my heart beat slow.
At this moment its my time to go.
I wish you were the one,
to find me dead.
Bloody and lifeless, here on my bed.
But you dont care,
you left me to die.
I bet you will not even cry.

honey... EVERYONE cries... not just the one you want to hurt by your death.. but EVERYONE.. even people you dont wanna hurt get hurt... so dont do it.. its hard but stay strong... if i was strong enough.. than so are you..

In the poem you said that he told you he didn't love you "anymore." There's always going to be a part of you left in him, no matter what he said. I've been where you are right now...life does get better. You can get through this. Even though I don't even know you, poetry links us all together, and I know I'd definately be hurt if you left.

Hey, at least you had someone who loved you for a time.. I never did.. But I guess that hurts even more when the one you love does something like this to you.....
