My love is near, yet so far,
He lives all the way across the sea.
I pray each night upon every star,
That my love will come to me.
He lives only in my dreams for now,
But when we kiss it is oh so real.
I can feel the energy all around me,
And the sweat forming upon my brow.
Sometimes it gets so hard to conceal,
How much it kills me not having him near.
But time is but a window he tells me,
And soon he will be coming here.

I surely love writing a poem that everyone can relate to, and I certainly know how you feel Maitay. I dream all the time too, and I hope that one day I can make my dreams a reality, and I wish the same for anyone whatever those dreams may be.
