Silence These moments grab me by the throat. The moments when I start to choke. Something's swarming in my head. I try to speak, but gasp instead. Webs of emotion twirling aroud inside my head are somehow bound. Solitude seeps out from my heart. But my heart and mouth are far apart. This person sitting across from me wouldn't care to hear or see the many plains of pain I know from the death inside I can not show. Jeremy Halstead |

It's just one of those things where you have the perfect thing to say, but then it somehow gets trapped inside of you. I hate that feeling!! Or, sometimes, we know how we feel, but it's impossible to put into words. Nice Poem!! |

I have to agree beautiful work and well said. I would say more but i would be repeating what everyone else has said so i guess you know my opinion. Keep up the work. Jeanna "Poetry is the music of the souls, and above all, of great and feeling souls." ~Voltaire~ |
