Their Fears Teacher woman's speeking of Rome we're bored to death thinkin' of crime they used to sit around passin' notes now all we pass is time kid in the back dyin' in vein who wants a snort of cocain who's left to blame the one holding the void they are the ones who should have stopped the boy another senseless day of crime someone forgot to pass the time wastin' away in a sea of doubt only this life to live so if your going out go out with a shout hold their vile tounges and speek your peace drop the bomb hold your ears they'll listen now we are their fears ---Written by:Hoppy 3-16-00 "Any fool can make a rule, and any fool will mind it." Henry David Thoreau Don't look... you might see. Don't listen... you might hear. Don't think... you might learn. Don't walk... you might stumble. Don't run... you might fall. Don't make a decision... you might be wrong. Don't live...you might die. |

This is a most interesting and true poem. I loved the emotion that you had in it. It was almost as if you could feel everything happening in your poem. Good work. ~AF~ |

Very expressive poem, Hoppy. I could feel what you described vividly. Love and hugs, Lizzie |
