From that first night we met, I knew my heart was yours, then my heart, my soul , my mind was set. For now the winds of time have drawn me to you, my defences let down, and the gates to my heart are open, for you to come in. You and I will go down in eternity, for as long lives love, then our hearts will always be fused in one. Together we stand, and togther we fall. I will help you through good times and bad, hold your hands when they get cold, wipe your tears when you are sad. I'll hold your body from night till dawn, I will swallow those tears so we will share the pain, and I will hold you cold hands, till they get warm. I'll love you through everything that goes wrong in this cold dark world, I'll give you everything that you deserve, whether from money to love, diamonds and pearls. When ever we talk, my eyes undry, I'll always be honest , and I will never lie. I'll love you through pain, strife,anguish, the lot for you are my Sweet heart which know one can have, Mel just remember, I'll always be here wether you need me or not ********************************************* I LOVE YOU MEL |

So sweet, Anon! I love the feelings you portrayed. Just one line I thought was a little sticky..."together we stand and together we fall"...teensy bit cliched, maybe? Anyways great poem as a whole  ------------------ ~What if you slept? What if, in your sleep, you dreamed? And in your dream, you went to heaven and there plucked a strange and beautiful flower? And what if, when you awoke, you had that flower in your hand? Aye, what then?~ |
