" Tonight." He said. She didn't reply. " Tonight." He said once again. She said, " I can't. Not tonight. Not any night. I've moved on from that lust, from that pain. I've moved on, so should you." He stood there in shock at what he just said, then he turned towards the Church, and walked in. " Father forgive me for I have sinned. I coveted another man's wife." He said, with a bowed head in prayer, " Never again, will I say 'Tonight'." Years came and went, but little did they realize, that they're children would face the same fate as they. Two lone shadows on the field met at midnight. "Tonight." He said. And she agreed. " To be free, or to be enslaved, that is the question." |
