this poem is kinda wacky...i needed something to write about and my friend suggested goldfish really being monkeys in disguise. well here you go egg

have you ever really noticed
that things are not always what they seem?
at times there are illusions
a barrier of expected themes.

have you ever really taken the time
to observe goldfish as they swim and dive?
for the reality of the matter
is that they are really monkeys in disguise

have you ever looked carefully
at people with weird hair styles?
in actual fact they are aliens
come to earth to co-write the 'X-files'

have you ever considered
the meaning of that common word 'love'?
because it is far from just an emotion
it's a priceless gift from above

This poem made me smile! If you put a couple more stanzas on it, you could have a song!
