This is dedicated to one of my friends who I know will be reading it this afternoon. here ya go minda

How many days left,
until I see his face?
How much longer do I have to wait,
before that loving embrace?

The emotions running through me,
Are so very strong.
I know that for a fact,
that these feelings can't be wrong.

His smile lights up my days,
When they are looking blue.
The way that he talks to me,
Reminds me his love is true.

But when we come face to face,
What if it all goes bad?
Will I have to sit here alone,
And think of what we had?

Will he critise me,
For the way I cut my hair?
Does this all mean to me,
That he really didn't care?

I am just being silly though,
Our love is meant to be.
For I know I love him so,
And he sure does love me.

Very sweet and beautiful.  I'm sure your friend will love it.

Nice poem you write for your friend.  Good rhyme and structure.
