Rainbow hued droplets gently spiral earthbound, Floating softly upon the vividly glittered breeze. My mind is silent and I deeply cherish the sound, Mild calmness quieting my tempest wrought seas. Leaves of hunter colored velvet, silken to touch, Carefully woven into a vivid tapestry of life. I never knew heavenly starlight shined this much, I never knew a thought could destroy all strife. Creamy mists of white hover upon the silver grass, The icy beauty shining within your sparkled eyes. Our love brushes life upon this land so vast, Flooding the brightened, gleaming sapphire skies. Forever is ours for the taking upon this horizon, Eternity is here, within the embrace of your arms. The fire of our passion rages like the morning sun, And when I wake from dreams, you shall keep me from harm. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* Wise is he who faces the frailty of man with the strength of an understanding heart. -- Daniel L. Your poems paint pictures I can see when I read your poetry. *~Raven~* ------------------ ~*She's going to change the world. But she can't change me.*~ |

I agree with Raven...your words paint a vivid picture...one I hope I can someday live. For contented love is a beautiful thing indeed, while troubled love will rip your heart to shreds. I hope my love soon becomes as beautiful as the love in your poem. ------------------ "Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage." -Billy Corgan- |

I too wish that for you, Systematic Decay. But even contented love has its troubles from time to time. Thank you all very much. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* I walk with the multitude, yet alone am I in their midst. -- Daniel L. Miller |
