I wished upon a star last night, wondering who you are. And an answer was denied, seeing how, you had lied, once again. You left my heart broken, with tears to always weep. Words were left unsaid simply because you didn't have the courage to speak them. My mind is now filled with thoughts of you, of our love, of passionate nights under the moon and stars. Memories haunt me. Dreams re-occur in a tormenting pattern. Causing me to have a disbelieve in any form of the thing that we once called "LOVE". You changed my world. I thought I knew you, but I guess I didn't. And I don't see that I ever will. ------------------ "I Believe we are divine by nature." -Jewel Grace is the refinement of a soul over time. -Jewel |

Thanks everyone for the responses. I felt that this is one of worse poems, but the comments make me feel good about it. Thanks Again...... ------------------ "I Believe we are divine by nature." -Jewel Grace is the refinement of a soul over time. -Jewel |

Very heartbreaking, with a touch of melancholie. Very beautiful, though. ------------------ "Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage." -Billy Corgan- |
