If you have someone - close to love - They're sent from heaven, up above Hold them close - or they will go... You will reap, what you do sow. If you are distant - cold inside - and in their arms, you don't confide You'll start to pull away from them... Isolation - - will set in. You get so busy - in your day - You push this person, far away Forget to tell them that you care... Forget to show them, you're still there. It only takes - a little while - To pull them close, & share a smile To whisper something meaningful... Tenderness - is valuable. Kiss them softly - show you care - Let them know, desire's there, Underneath the hectic day You still want them anyway...... Take a moment - please repair - The distance in your silent stare, Hold them close - or they will go You will reap, what you do sow. Ah, Femme, words to live by. I have found one miles away who I hold closer to my heart than any other I have ever held physically.
