Bullfrog

The sunlight shimmers on the ripples
you leave behind
moonbeams dance in your eyes
when you find
Lilly in your pond.
Raindrops fall softly and thunder whispers
when she's around
starlight is all the light you need
because you've found
Lilly on your pad.
Sitting on the banks of life has meaning now
it's not just a game
being a frog- A Bullfrog
doesn't feel the same
since Lilly swam your way.
