Could you be attracted to these eyes of blue?

On the outside, I will try not to show,
The imprint, you have left on my soul.

And now that we've become friends,

I don’t want to destroy the life you know,
I would rather lie next to you in the afterglow,

You've done a good job on this Roger! I think if you showed the lady this, she'd melt into your arms..there's nothing better than a love poem to open a girl's eyes and heart!
