Fatigued by philosophy
Insulted by citizens,
exposing a biography.

Reckless conferencing,
clashing choices,
humanity condensing.

Contagious as chicken pox,
measles and mumps;
Arrogance stubborn as an ox.

Accomplices feeding
like piranhas in a caravan;
meanwhile a soul is bleeding.

A rope to hang,
a sponge to spare,
handed to the gang...

To soak up what's left of the man.

Very well done, Julie. And such a true picture of a sad situation. Glad I never went into politics!
