PEOPLE Some people ask no questions. Some people are always right. Some people spend their whole life guessing, And they'll probably never see the light. Some people live in anger. Some people die in vain. Some people see no danger. Some people feel no pain. Some people will walk the street, Even as darkness paints the sky. Some people have the world at the edge of their feet, But they never have the courage to fly. Some people hold a poison pen. Some people speak with a forked tongue. Some people are afraid of growing old, And they never enjoy it while they're young. Some people watch the world through blinds, Some people flow in and out with the tide. Some people are caged within their own minds. Some people just live on pride. Some people can hear the angels voice, Even as thunder rolls across the sky. And all people are born with wings of choice, Everyone of us could learn to fly.... If we only had the courage to try. ------------------ D.O. Fear is overcomable, life is fleeting. Dreams are reachible, love completing. |
