here within the castle walls
dwells a man without a heart
laid amongst the crystal falls
from whence his love did part
he told her that he loved her
and she never quite did see
that though the world was with her
her heart was never free
so she left the broken man
the one she loved so dear
she left him in the land
that held the crystal tear
so he laid beneath the hateful sun
whose glare was intense and cruel
as he thought about his only one
and how she made him a miserable fool
he cried his tears at the foot of the falls
as the days fell blindingly past
he wasted the last of his years in his halls
that held her fragrance till the last
and when his body was lain in the crystal pool
then did she appear too late
for the man that once thought him a fool
had been tricked by tortuous fate
so she sat at the edge of the liquid lake
and cried her crystal tears
and now the place where her body did break
will be sacred for thousands of years

Damn! I thought to find a tribute to Jason Voorhees here.

Good verse nonetheless.
