Heavy are my eyelids, Heavy is my heart, Heavy are the secrets that rip my soul apart. Seldom do I see you, Seldom do I smile, Seldom are the moments we together made worthwhile. Precious is your beauty, Precious is your mind, Precious are the memories your wake has left behind. Hopeful is my spirit, Hopeful I remain, Hopeful after tonight we will never be the same. |
