How could I have thought you knew me
disillusions of understanding
such blindness only can I see
kindness? no, all too demanding
You casually say you love me
then put down my very existence
why cant you allow me to be free
you wont even keep your distance
the answer can only be you though
for to me its so very clear
your going to have to let me go
if you want to always keep me near
