It Was Pink Flamingoed Imagine if you will, my friends my genuine, ultimate surprise, when riding home from work tonight such a sight before my eyes. A yard had been decorated by someone’s friend, I trust had it been done to my yard friends, a treasured jaw’d be bust. In bright profusion standing round were Pink Flamingos in the ground! Pink flamingos, not one or two, looking ‘round, there were quite a few! Now I looked and looked and could not see a tropical paradise, nary a tropical tree... stuck in the middle of Kansas for all to see Pink Flamingos, probably twenty-three! A sign in Pink [what other color, no?] proclaimed to all “You’ve been Flamingoed!” Redundant at best, the sign said it was so, now I’m hunting addresses for ‘Deer and Toe! ©KRJ 28 October 1999 ------------------ Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

Well if it was my yard I'd be hunting down "Deer" and "Toe" as well!!...LOL. Great one Sunshine! |
