Oh if some had their way,
I'd not live another day.
For to them I'm a troublesome burr,
That they would rather make a blurr!

I found out long ago,
There's no pleasing some, I know!
Why cater to their misery,
And import their vice to me?

"Live and let live", I say,
For each, there's a price to pay.
Whate'er choice that I should make,
'Tis for my own int'rest sake.

Let others talk their talk,
I'll be Me,and persue my walk.
If for them, that's not good enough--
That's their problem--let them Huff!

Until the need I see,
To change how I should be--
To myself, I will be true,
Can you say the same for you?
