Forever In Your Heart

SHE AWAITS NO MORE

She awaits no more,
For her ship has come to shore,

She blows out the candle,
Closes the door,

She awaits no more,
She closes her eyes to fall asleep,
Recites her prayer of angels keep,

She awaits no more,
He is not coming for her,
He has loved another,

She weeps as tears fall,
Knowing he will never call,

Slowly her heart aches from pain,
Never to see him ever again,

She awaits no more,
Finally she falls asleep,
as his picture falls to the floor,

She awaits no more...
