As you were sleeping I came and knelt by your bed tucked the covers up to your head and sat watching you. you were sleeping in peace with a soft smile on your face your breathing steady and slow a soft rythametic flow. a hair tendril was astray and on your eyes it lay I set it back to your hair so black and run my fingers through your silken waves. contrasting with your dark hair your skin was so fair glowing with a sleepy flush smooth under my touch your resting lashes so long your features from sleep no longer strong. I sat back and watched the beautiful picture you made and in my mind I wondered about what you were dreaming as you were sleeping. |

Sigh...this is so remnisent of how long you can stare at someone you love, just enamoured by the steady sound of their breathing. ------------------ Let my words fall first upon deaf ears before a closed mind... |
