This is a very abstract poem that only I could understand. So if you don't get it thats ok.  ----------------------------------- Cat Stew If only angel's eyes we were given. We'd see the beast in all his light Trapped within our prison of fright. Where nothing is what it seems. Where we laugh like the breeze. Evilness is all around Where we hide behind the sound. Waiting in the shadows To get you when you're blind. Waiting in the shadows To stab you with its knife. Stop and hear the sound Of a thousand screaming faithless dreams. And the lonely mother weeping in the trees. Wonderment begets the resolution of the hate of oneself. The dancing in your mind can make you crazy and aimless in your paths as you try to find the truth until you just don't care. The boat that floats will sometimes sink, and you're upon the floor. You're buried in faith and sand As we float upon the water so grand. Spinning and senile don't talk to us now. For we carry sorrow that's maimed and borrowed. ------------------ Luke Cakalic |
