he partial oblivion Where Satan reigns Inhabits the forgetful earth In a place before twilight. But the uncertain dawn Creates a new impression: An imaginative sympathy That wraps the new day By keeping the vision Deep in the dream. With a landscape Of quiet possession The earth shakes off The stillness of limitation. And though the shepherd moon Is still fascinating to compare Those that love attentively And labor for abstraction Embodied Will alter the sun’s destination And influence the succeeding Day. |
