*The wind seeks my heart as it
touches my soul and passes
through my mind and body.
I touch the salty droplet that
erodes from deep within my
heart.
All I feel...
cradled in two hands,
linked as one.
I breathe a sweet mist,
this unknown nectar that
quenches my being.
I am tranquil and safe.
caressed by feelings
undescribable, my heart bleeds.
The water from my leaking
eyes, washes it clean and
I go forth seeking love
that only one other soul holds.
A hand grasps mine.
leading me away from the
madness of myself.
Our legs entwined, we encircle
each other's heart.
Sun beats on our backs as
we lie face down in
the hands we formed
together.*
