The grass is always greener ... they told me with intent and I yearn to take it literal ignoring what they meant My cup is overflowing Yet I grasp it not to drink But dream that to a further shore - I'm rowing But scared that once I leave the solid sand - I'll sink Is good enough? Most say it's so. Yet I still think and ponder what I might miss and never know. Stay and drink? Or should I wander? |

A question many of us have pondered at least once in our lives. As my grandma used to say, "The grass is always greener.....wherever there's more manure." Good poem. |

Excellent! In answer to the question may I offer my opinion? Stay and drink! |

You have two hands, so take with one and with the other give that's the way that life works out and that's the way to live what you get and what you give must balance up some day it's give a little, take a little all along the way... Now don't be greedy and share that drink... Hugs ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. |
