Hardly a moment passes When I don't think of you. I can see you clearly In my mind. The way you look, The way you feel, The way you smell, The way you taste on my lips. My need and desire for you Grows with each passing day. My need to be loved, My desire to love somebody. I'd give up everything I have Just to hold you in my arms. I would walk a thousand miles to kiss your lips. I would slay the mightiest armies to keep you safe. You are everything to me. My love for you is true. My love for you is eternal. You complete my soul. You are the half that i lack. You are the part of me that was missing. You make me whole everytime we are together. If i have to wait a million years for you, I will. ------------------ If poetry is a reflection of what is in a person's soul, then I am afraid of what is inside of me. |
