Lookin' through the window tonight-the rain streakin' the glass, I was thinkin' of you. Thoughts of what you looked like, of what you've become and what we would say to each other flooded my mind. Left my room and walked outside in the rain to clear my brain. The shiny rainy streets were deserted and occasionly a car sprayed by. The clouds hung low over the darkened buildings, weeping. Looking at the closed store windows, your reflection looked back at me. A raindrop driped into my eyes and the image of you disappeared. ------------------ |
