Grand Castle Of Sir Balladeer

Traveling through
this glasslike marble road,
where all the homes
are inspirationally decorated,
and blest with undeniable talent.
It is here I have found
a vacation home for my mind.

All who travel
through this glasslike marble road,
are invited to stop
by each, and every home
to get a glimpse
of their interior design.
Only here do I find
the most creatively constructed
atmosphere of today's modern living.

One of the most intriguing structures
on this glasslike marble road,
is the grand castle of Sir Balladeer.
The solid oak doors
protect his dynasty.
The rainbow marbled foyer
enhances his structure.
The spiral staircase
carries him
to greater inspirational heights.
The dark stained oak flooring
compliments his furnished mind.
The hundreds of swing open
carefree windows circulate
his wisdom all about.
His cherry wood mantle
displays
his unmistakable treasures,
that make him the man he is today.

Wow, Dreamer! What a wonderful scenario you've painted! Makes my 2-room flat drearier yet (I say in joust,er,jest). Thank you so very much. The beauty of the place is exceeded only by the beauty of your poem...and mind.
