Love This will not rhyme and I have no intention of even trying, but the subject came up...so... Love... Love is making people feel secure being there always! Being honest but caring Choosing your words with care and diplomacy Never threatening to take your love away Wanting to share Trusting Giving without asking for anything back Knowing the difference between words we speak and the words we feel that remain unspoken Encouraging when despair is there and that threatens to eat us up alive Being constant Talking things through Listening Being vulnerable Love is sharing the inner you that could be hurt but loving someone else more than yourself! HUGS ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. |
