If my soul could cross the distance
that separates me from you
hand-in-hand, we could walk
and I could sing of my love
to you!
My song will whisper in your ear
of a love as infinite and as endless
as the majestic sea
where your soul and my own
could dream the impossible dream
Climbing the mountain
of my unfortunate fate
lamenting the cruelty of the destiny
that takes me from your love away
In the dusk of the evening
when the daylight painfully dies
I look out my window
contemplating in nature
a love so complete
my heart feels the dagger
of imminent despair
But I know
somewhere in the silvery rays
of the moon
your thoughts and my thoughts
at midnight will meet

You so beautifully evoke the aching heart, separated across space and time, longing for reunion and renewal, knowing the possibilities of fate, anticipating the ultimate fusion into one. If you dont risk everything you stand to gain nothing!!
