Twice the more

I have you twice within my heart,
The younger and grown-up part,
One fascinates my eyes today
The other dreamy yesterday.

Your innocence warmed me through,
The childish trust that I knew.
And todays superintend,
God, I love them both, no end.

You are to me a real compound,
The inner and the latter bound,
The two of you that I adore
And in this way it's twice the more.

Great job!
To be at peace, one must first accept the balance of their two true selves!

Where did I go wrong, I never needed this before,
I need a woman, to help me feel.
