a blue-white bolt see it the blinding flash that illuminates the heavens feel it the electrical charge that physically alters the ionosphere it’s tangible it’s tactile it splits the atmosphere like a river splits the land only momentarily and like a river it has it’s branches it’s tributaries that feed it energize it it is coupled with sound an undiminished timbre a resonance that makes the earth beneath you quake for a moment but you feel it it’s real it’s undeniable two powerful forces in conjunction assail your senses fear apprehension awe beauty internal and external experience the might of our celestial parents and be humbled Sharon Lee Rotondi (Enotneicna) |

Enotneicna~ Touring the archives tonight and came upon this lovely piece. 'it is coupled with sound an undiminished timbre a resonance that makes the earth beneath you quake for a moment but you feel it it’s real it’s undeniable' Such power in the work ! Wonderful imagery. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
