Kindled from an ancient fire,
To mimic the light of truth;
And luminate a dying faith.

Born from a troubled mind,
To release a trapped soul;
And nourish a starving spirit.

LIfted from the depths of heartache,
To heal with loving understanding;
And refill the void with peace.

Sculpted from a foundation in friendship,
To adorn a simple life;
With the warmth of love.

This one began untitled and unfinished, but the more I read it the more finished it sounded. The title is "Ancient Flame"
