Misty woke up in the morning,
made her coffee, added cream,
dropped in just one lump of sugar,
sat down and breathed in the steam.

Sipping on her sweet, hot coffee,
Misty thought about her day.
She decided on a shower,
drank her coffee, made her way.

Misty, later, left her homefront,
drove left down the boulevard,
thinking that solving mysteries
was some-what rather too hard.

Misty turned right at the stop sign,
drove along the quiet street,
turned left on Central avenue,
parked her car and walked her beat.

Summer-time, there was a murder
that someone committed then.
And it was Misty’s job to find
just who-done-it once again.

Misty, the Detective Diva...
that is what she had been named.
She always found out truth in crime
and she locked away the blamed.

This case, though, in particular,
was a mystery itself.
The killer left no clues/traces
to identify himself.

So, Misty worked herself so hard
finding all the evidence.
And finally, after months of work,
things were starting to make sense.

And sure enough, it was Old Sam-
he had killed for cheap ol’ wine.
Misty booked him, locked him up.
Another mystery solved fine!

Excellent, dear! A rollicking tale indeed. Going to make it a series?
