I guess I could ignore it
but the pull is to the point
where I can't not see it
and where I don't have a choice

I guess I don't have to feel it
but it's always touching
my heart has a rash
where it's been rubbing

I guess I could forget it
but it's stuck in my mind
it won't go away
it's that thought I always find

I guess I don't have to see it
but it's always there
I can't not see it
or pretend I don't care

I guess I should tell you
exactly what I mean
I'm talking 'bout the love
I have for you in me
