My mind is focused on thoughts of your kiss. It starts like a whisper riding upon a warm breeze that rustles roses in bloom. Gently it sweeps the soft petals against eachother. Dewdrops collect on our petal's edges. I taste the honey of your kiss and it intoxicates me. My mind swims,my heart races, and I press in closer to you gathering more of your nector. Inside us a storm starts to rage. My hands cling to you as our storms converge. Each storm fed by the other's energy...increasing, intensifying to a passionate rage drenching us both. We root ourselves into our common ground while letting all else go throughout the torrential tempest. We experience raw emotions that compliment eachother. After the storm passes over the fields and over the summit, we wound around eachother. Our soft petals are closed around eachother only waiting for the fury of the next storm to bring us together again. |

I like this one also, but I am sitting here on my poets hands trying to keep from changing the format to make it more readable again, not easy to type that way mind you. ------------------ "Nobody has measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold" ~Zelda Fitzgerald |

Thank you for your kind words. This was my first 2 posts and I was unsure how much room the form would give me to structure it. That is why I wrote it straight out. Sorry for the difficult read. Glad you liked it. |
